Sunrise Hatha Yoga is a morning hatha yoga practice. This time of day is perfect for recharging your energy for the whole day. Morning sessions help awaken both body and mind, providing vitality for the hours ahead. The practice includes poses that support stretching, muscle strengthening, and improved circulation.
Hatha represents the balance between the sun and the moon, harmonizing body and mind. Hatha yoga is based on asanas and breathwork, combining gentle dynamics with static poses. Focusing on the breath supports concentration and deep relaxation during the final savasana.
Classes are adapted to different experience levels: beginners, middle, and middle+, making it easier to choose the right level for your practice.

The yoga teacher selects only exercises that positively support your physical (and mental) condition and do not harm your health. Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 participants, allowing the teacher to closely monitor each person’s practice.

DAR Sport Space is a modern fitness space for women and men in the heart of Warsaw, near Browary Warszawskie. We offer a variety of workouts, including the first LED trainings in Europe and exclusive workouts on vibration platforms. The studio’s offer also includes classes such as yoga, including sessions with unique Sunset Special Light, stretching, pilates, and body shape functional training.
All classes are held in small groups of up to 6 people, allowing the coach to closely observe each participant and provide an individual approach. Training sessions are available in Polish, English, and Ukrainian.
